TLC Creations ships using both USPS and UPS.
If you want to know how much shipping will cost all you need to do is add the products that you want to the shopping cart. You will be taken to the shopping cart page. Below the shopping cart you can enter your state and zip code and click on the "Update" button on the lower right to be able to see the options available for your order and how much shipping will be.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You will need to create an account or login to you your account if you have shopped with us previously, before you can continue checking out. You will receive an email confirmation when you successfully check out. If you have NOT received an email confirmation, first check your spam folder. If it is not there, contact us so we know that you have placed an order and did not get the email confirmation.
There is no delivery of mail on holidays or Sundays. If your USPS Express Mail order has been shipped on a Saturday afternoon, you would not receive your order until Monday, possibly Tuesday depending on your location.
UPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends or major holidays without additional charges.
Express Mail can take up to two days depending on shipping location and time of mailing. Please allow for 2 day shipping when choosing Express Mail. Most orders shipped Priority Mail arrive in 2-3 days. However, shipping time is NOT guaranteed for Priority Mail!
Shipping Charges are non refundable.
Please be aware that if there is no one home when your mail is delivered, and your package requires a signature, the package will be returned to your local post office or UPS hub and you may need to pick the package up there. Please check with your local post office or UPS if your order hasn't arrived.
When shipping using USPS Priority Mail there is no tracking system to track your package other than the Delivery Confirmation number. Express Mail can be tracked online, but many times the package arrives at it's destination before the tracking is available.
Larger packages may be shipped via UPS at TLC Creations discretion.

Custom candy wrappers and candy bars cannot be restocked to be resold therefore are
NON RETURNABLE! We strongly suggest that you proof your wrapper to assure that your wrapper is as you want it!
In the event TLC Creations was in error, you will be able to exchange your wrappers or your money will be refunded minus a 15% set up fee. You will be sent instructions with your replacement wrappers so you can re-wrap your candy bars.
Should there not be enough time to replace your wrappers before your event date, you will receive credit for the cost of the replacement wrappers only.
Candy returns will not be accepted.
