WE HAVE DISCONTINUED PREVIEWING WRAPPERS ON WEB PAGES UNLESS THERE ARE EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES.
If you send us an Email regarding your order, we ask that you please put your name on the Email and also use your order number so that we know who you are!!! If we have to search through our orders to match an email address, it could delay your order process!

Preview Wrapper by E-Mail
Your E-mail Proof should be available within 1 day after placing your order
When you select "Proof by E-Mail", once we complete your proof, we will either attach it to an email or send it as an image in the E-mail. If you have any preferences for HTML E-mail or Text E-mail, please let us know on your order form in the 'Comments' section as you are checking out. You need to allow tlccreations.com on your list of allowed email addresses to make sure that our emails don't end up being deleted by accident. If you do not receive a reply from us within one - two business days, please contact us so that we can send you another proof!
Preview Wrapper by Mail
Your Proof by Mail should be received within 5 to 7 days after placing your order
When "Proof by Mail" is selected on your order, we will make your template and print off a copy and send it to you by First Class U.S. Mail. Please allow 5-7 days for your proof to arrive to you by mail. Proofing by mail is a way you will be able to look at the wrapper, feel the paper and see the quality of your proof that will be exactly like your order when printed. You will know exactly what you are getting.
(Note: Proofs by Mail are watermarked with the word "PROOF" to prevent unauthorized copy of our designs. We apologize that we must do this in order to help protect our copyright.)
This proofing method, although the most effective, takes TIME! We usually get your proof in the mail within one day of receiving your order (depending on weekends and holidays). You should receive your proof within 3 - 5 days of mailing. We have no control over the mail, so if you don't get your proof within one week, we advise that you LET US KNOW! We don't know where it is after we put it in the mailbox! So we will have no way to know that you received it!
Usually when we send a "Proof by Mail", we also put your proof on a web page for you. This is so that you can conveniently use the form to approve your wrapper.
We still need to get your approval before we will print your order! So contact us via Email (please identify yourself in any correspondence with us! Use your full name and your order ID number)
