Shipping chocolate from Mid April through Mid October can be a huge problem as chocolate can possibly get soft or melt during shipping. Remember that you can order
candy wrappers sold without candy then purchase your candy bars locally and wrap the bars yourself.
Candy wrapper orders come with an instruction sheet in case you have never
ordered candy wrappers before. If you really want to order the ready-to-serve wrapped candy bars, we recommend purchasing a re-usable cooler with ice packs for
shipping or using a faster method of shipping. .
Please note that we do not guarantee the arrival of your chocolate in an un-melted condition... even WITH the use of a cooler. The reason for this is that we do not have any control over the handling of your order once it is handed over the carrier. Carriers do NOT have any kind of refrigerated methods of transportation that we know of. Your local grocer
probably gets his chocolate shipped in refrigerated trucks, but we do not have access to this for
shipping your order to you. Express Mail delivery is recommended for shipping chocolate from May through October. However, it is
more expensive than ground shipping. U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail generally only takes 2-3 days to arrive and is considered a reasonably safe mode of shipping when used with a cooler and ice pack combination for most locations. If in doubt, please contact us and we would be more than happy to discuss shipping your order before it is placed.
